How do I cancel?

1. Open Settings.
2. Under your business, in Plan & usage, choose Cancel plan.
3. We ask one optional question about why. Then choose Cancel my plan, which takes you to Stripe to confirm.

You can also choose Manage plan on your report, or email morais.aaron@gmail.com and we'll do it for you.

What happens next

• Your plan won't renew. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
• Weekly checks stop when the plan ends.
• Your reports and history stay in your account. If you want them gone, you can delete your account.

Need a break instead?

When you choose Cancel plan, we may offer one alternative that fits your reason: a one or two month pause, a discount, or a switch to a cheaper plan. You can always skip it. See Can I pause or switch plans instead?.
