What the scan shows
Not another vague website score.
Every score has a denominator. Every gap has evidence. Every fix is limited to facts we can trace—or clearly marked for confirmation.

The gap list ends in something you can ship.

Hours and availability
Clear hours on the site and consistent details on the matching business profile.
Quoted source gaps
The third-party domains and competitor pages that recur in captured answers.

How it works
Scan. Evidence. Fix.
We measure the consumer surfaces we name. Official model APIs are never silently substituted into answer share.
Run the market
We build 12 buyer prompts around your service, urgency, trust, and local market.
Keep the receipts
Every completed answer keeps its wording, mentions, citations, location, time, and engine.

Questions worth asking
No magic acronym required.
Is this SEO, AEO, or GEO?+
It overlaps all three. Cited measures mentions and citations inside generated answers, then recommends ordinary entity, content, and source work that can also support local search. We avoid pretending there is a secret AI-only checklist.
Does structured data guarantee a mention?+
No. Google explicitly says structured data is not required for its generative features. Valid schema can still make business facts clearer and support standard rich results, so Cited treats it as hygiene—not a guarantee.
Why can the score change?+
Generated answers are stochastic and sensitive to model, location, wording, and time. A Cited score is a dated sample with the exact denominator shown, not a permanent rank.
Do you publish changes automatically?+
Not without authorization. Fix Plan produces drafts. Done For You uses collaborator access and an approval workflow; we never ask customers to paste passwords into Cited.
