How do I change my market or add prompts?
Your market is the city or area we ask about. Starter tracks one market and 12 standard questions; you can change its city in Settings once a week. Pro lets you add up to 3 markets and write your own questions, up to 36 in total.
Markets
A market is the city or area named in every question, such as Toronto or Mississauga. Your first market comes from the city you entered for your scan.
- Starter: one market. If you've moved, or picked the wrong city, choose Edit next to it in Settings. You can change it once a week: see How do I change my city?.
- Pro: go to Settings, then Markets & prompts, and add up to 3 markets in total. You can remove the extra ones any time. Your first market stays as the main one.
A new market gets its own weekly check, so each one gets its own report and history.
Prompts
Every plan tracks 12 questions written for your trade and city. On Pro you can add your own on the Prompts page, such as a specific service you want to win, up to 36 active questions. You can pause, resume or delete them. Deleting a question keeps its past answers in older reports.
New questions are asked from the next weekly check onward. We don't accept questions that ask for regulated advice, such as legal or medical claims, because the report can't support them.
