How do I export my results to a spreadsheet?

1. Open Settings.
2. Find your business and scroll to Report history (it shows once you have more than one check).
3. Choose Download CSV.

What's in the file

One row for each question on each engine in each completed check, with these columns:

• Scan date and market
• The question and the engine
• Whether the engine answered, and whether it named you
• Your position in the answer, when you were named
• The competitors it named and the sites it cited

Good to know

• Exports are part of Pro. On Starter, every report stays in your account, and you can open, print or save each one as a PDF.
• The file covers your completed checks, newest first, up to about a year of weekly checks across three markets.
• The full AI answers aren't in the file. Open the report for those, or use Download my data in Settings for a copy of everything we hold.
• You can download up to 20 files a day.
