How we measure
A fair test, with its limits on the table.
We check three AI tools
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews by name. If one gives no answer, we say so and don't count it.
We show our proof
We only count answers we actually got. Every finding comes with the answer, the date, and what we found on your website.
AI answers change with the wording, the place, the AI tool and the day. Cited shows you a dated snapshot. It is not a permanent ranking, and nobody can promise a change will get you named.
Public information only
We only read your public website and what the AI tools answer. If a fact is missing, we tell you instead of guessing.
Privacy and payment
We only use analytics if you say yes. Stripe handles your card, and you can download or delete your data any time.
Real people behind it
Cited publishes how this works, its limits, its terms and how to reach us. No anonymous experts or made-up reviews.

Questions before you start.
Does Cited judge photographic quality?
No. It measures what answer surfaces name and cite, plus whether the site clearly describes genuine specialties, markets, and booking facts.
Are package prices invented?
No. Pricing drafts use only visible facts and otherwise ask for a verified range or inquiry process.
What portfolio signals are checked?
Cited checks indexable portfolio pages, descriptive headings and image context, specialty pages, locations, and recurring third-party sources.
